Mr. Edwin Kusi-Appiah is the Managing Partner of the Firm and heads the
Finance, Maritime, Family, Real Estate and Litigation Group. With his many good years’ experience as a lawyer, Mr. Kusi-Appiah has handled complex
matters and has led the firm in providing solutions tailored to meet complex issues pertaining to the maritime industry in Ghana. He has amassed comprehensive expertise in the area of corporate law serving as board secretary to several local and multinational companies.

Michael Akowuah, Since he was called to the Bar in the year 2010, Lawyer Michael has bagged substantial knowledge in the fields of admiralty, Natural Resource, environment Law and Corporate Law. Michael has had the opportunity to be invited by lecturers in the various law schools to share his knowledge and provide hands on approach to students studying Law. Michael is indeed a point to the success of the Firm.

Mr. Rockson Kwadwo Agyekum is a legal expert with industry experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Litigation and in the areas of contract and
commercial law, debt recovery, criminal law, company law and family law (particularly matrimonial cases, drafting of wills, probate and administration).
Mr. Agyekum has gathered great experience in the execution of complex commercial contracts.
VERA ADU BERKO

Vera Adu Berko has progressive experience in handling legal issues in the areas of corporate law, contract law and energy law in Ghana. She has acquired comprehensive knowledge and industry expertise in regulatory compliance for corporate governance, the power and oil &gas industry in Ghana. She has been a member of teams handling complex commercial and contractual transactions, structured finance and due diligence in the financial and energy sectors across borders. She has also served as the company secretary for a number of corporate organizations.

Miss Rhoda Appiah has gained progressive experience in the areas of customer relations and office management.
She further has considerable experience in hospitality management and procurement. She possesses strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. She is innovative, self-driven and detail oriented.
